Thank you for using IfNoReply.com. We take privacy very seriously and this Privacy Policy outlines how IfNoReply.com ("If No Reply", "INR", "we", "us") protects information that may be collected when visiting the web site and using our service.

Our goal is to provide an effective service whilst minimising the information we collect from you; ensuring data is up-to-date, relevant, lawful, and accurate; and maintaining complete transparency with you where possible by law.

By accepting our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this document.

1. Information Collection

By opening an account with If No Reply, we will collect information about you including your name, email and other identifying information which will be used to help provide our service to you.

When using our service, we will also store email data from your send and unsent emails, including personal information such as the recipient’s name, email address, and company information, as well as the content of your email, and numerical data such as email reply rate and open rate. The purpose of this is to allow sending of email campaigns that are queued to be sent, detecting replies to emails, reporting on data from sent emails (such as reply rate and open rate) in the If No Reply dashboard, and displaying sent emails. We will never read or access these without your written permission. Furthermore, this data is owned by you.

We may collect information relating to your use of the service such as your IP address, browser type, length of visit, and pages viewed. The purpose of this is to monitor and analyse your use of the service in order to make improvements.

We use Google Analytics to track your behaviour while using the service. This information is not personally identifiable.

By synching up with Gmail.com, If No Reply stores tokens to send emails from your Gmail account. We may also store data from your sent emails such as the content of the email, and in such case, we only store data relating to emails sent using If No Reply. If at any time you wish to deny us access to your Gmail account, you may do so by emailing us at harry@ifnoreply.com.

We use cookies to identify you and save your preferences and password, so that you do not need to log into our site every time you use If No Reply.

The use of If No Reply is not intended for any person below the age of 18, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 13. If you believe we have collected information about a child under the age of 13, please contact us at harry@ifnoreply.com so that we may delete the information.

2. Using Your Information

The primary use your information is to provide the Service to you. We require access to your Gmail in order to automate the sending of your follow-up emails through Gmail. This is done from our servers in the United States.

We also use and process collected data to provide you with reports to give you insight on your sent email campaign performance (such as average percentage of emails opened from a particular email template), and show you your sent emails.

Your personal information is also used for account-specific cases, such as billing and invoicing, processing payments, and updating you with relevant changes to our Terms of Service.

Your feedback is used to inform product development and make new updates If No Reply. This allows us to make improvements to the service.

From time to time, we may send you email updates to inform you of the latest product developments here at If No Reply. The email used when first connecting your Gmail account to If No Reply will be our point of contact for this. We try to email infrequently (no more than once per month), and you are free to unsubscribe from these emails at any time, but we reserve the right to send you communication regarding service delivery if we deem it to be necessary in providing the service.

We will never use more information that is needed, and will not access data without your permission.

3. Sharing Your Information

If No Reply will not sell your personal information to any third parties.

We share your information with third party payment processing companies (such as stripe.com) in order to take payment from you for use of the Service.

We also share your information with the third party payment analytics company baremetrics.com. The purpose of this is to gain insight into aggregated customer behaviour with statistics such as the lifetime value of a customer, as well as customer-specific insights such as notifications of cancellation.

We may also share your data with a third party Customer-Relationship Management application such as salesforce.com, for the purpose of facilitating relationships with our customers and potential customers.

Non-personally identifiable information may be shared with third parties such as Google Analytics in order to track your user behaviour and allow us to make improvements.

4. Storing Your Information

Your information will be stored and processed on our servers in the United States. We will store it for as long as we deem it useful in providing our services to you, contacting you about the Service or our other services, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, unless removal is requested by you, in which case we will delete this information sooner, providing doing so is permissible by law.

If you allow a user of If No Reply to store your data in If No Reply, the user determines how long to retain your personal information. If a user wishes to delete any information they have stored with us, they can do so by emailing harry@ifnoreply.com. In the event that a user requests to terminate their account with us, we will provide the user with access to all information stored by If No Reply on their behalf, terminate their account, and remove their data as requested.

5. The Right to Change Your Data or be Forgotten

You have the right to access, edit, or delete your data. To make a request, please contact harry@ifnoreply.com. We will do our best to make the change in a reasonable timeframe, where permissible by law. In the event of refusal due to legal obligations, we will notify you why the change cannot be implemented.

6. Amendments

If No Reply may modify or update the Privacy Policy at any time and will post a notice of changes on the IfNoReply.com website. Your continued use of If No Reply services will constitute an agreement of these changes.
